Refund Policy

  • The bill payment once paid is non-refundable even if the application is rejected for any reason.
  • Fee once paid will not be refunded.
  • Refunds for double payments can be considered if brought to notice by mail within 3 days of the payment. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
    • Refund process for eligible cases will be initiated within 20-25 working days after receiving the refund request.
    • This applies only to multiple payments by a candidate for the notification.
  • If payment is deducted but not received, it will be automatically refunded by the Payment Gateway provider upon notification.
